About AzPMA
IPMA's official national representative in Azerbaijan.
The Azerbaijan Project Management Association is the national professional body representing IPMA.
AzPMA's core mission is to promote the adoption of international standards in project, programme, and portfolio management, support the development of professional competencies, and contribute to building a strong project management ecosystem in the country.
As IPMA's official certification body in Azerbaijan, AzPMA administers the international certification process based on the IPMA Individual Competence Baseline (ICB4) model. The certification system ensures an objective assessment of knowledge, experience, and leadership skills in project management, enabling professionals to gain international recognition.
In addition to certification, AzPMA promotes knowledge sharing, professional development, and collaboration in project management. The Association organises conferences, forums, seminars, training sessions, and other professional events, working with higher education institutions, government bodies, and private sector representatives to support the dissemination and adoption of best practices in project management.
